Where do we ship?
We are able to ship all over the Middle East and upon special request, worldwide.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch all order within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Our local shipping partner delivers the next working day across the Emirates and our international shipping partner is DHL. Your tracking number will be provided with your order confirmation.
What will my shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated upon order but please email us or call us before ordering for an exact quote if required before you order.
Shipping within the UAE is free of charge.
Can I return my items?
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 5 days of receiving it. Please see our returns policy here for more information.
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 5 days of receiving it. To organise your return, please email email@example.com , with your name and order number and the reason for returning. We will come back to you with a return address and information. Please note, we do not pay shipping costs for your returns, nor do we return the cost of shipping.
Your item must be unused and in the original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
When we receive your item and your return has been approved, we will be in touch to organise payment.
If your item should arrive damaged, please let us know immediately and we will be in touch to evaluate / arrange a replacement. The contact address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I personalise my items?
Yes! We offer monogramming on our napkins and some of our bows for a small fee. Please email us on email@example.com after placing your order to arrange.
